The current structure of THE TORONTO PARTY is informal. It is run by an advisory or steering committee comprised of party co-founders, Stephen Thiele and Brian Roussie, and party members who have agreed to volunteer their time to building the party.

The party is guided by a set of principles and a draft Constitution has been prepared for formal adoption by party members in the future.

The party currently has three policy committees and additional party structure committees.
